Wow .... quite a fair bit of news on us. We even got international media enquiring.– even television media.

We think its time to blog, get our story out and to hear your views.

So what is it about? A big part is on sexuality and sexual education. Why? No doubt, we judge the timing … the integrated resorts … the need to be a cultural hub which bring benefits in more ways than one other than tourism.

So “Uniquely Singapore sex show” as headlined by TODAY newspaper -- that may seem alright to some but some may feel it provocative. The only provocative word than is Sex. But it represents the pinnacle of our existence and need. Offensive ? One might argue (glibly perhaps) that it is then in the person’s mind how he or she reads it.

“Uniquely Singapore” ...hmm...love that phrase .... So what does Singapore mean to you? Does it mean vibrance, dynamism, willing to expand its intellectual boundaries … curiosity ... courage? So we can ban chewing gum. Kudos for that. That is brave. We can do that and others find it hard to do.

We do this expo.

This is not a stripper show. It has education, fun, health and stuff that elicits our curiousity. So what says the world? … and of course Uniquely Singaporeans ... what do you say?

SEXPO™ Singapore: Singapore’s first Sexuality, Sexual Health and Sexual Lifestyle Exhibition will be held at Singapore Expo Hall 4A from November 18th – 20th.

SEXPO™ Singapore offers much more than our basic notions of sex. SEXPO™ will deliver frank, accurate and updated information on sexual education in a family-friendly setting with something for almost every member of the family. SEXPO™ 2005 will bring to you stress-free seminar sessions addressing topics on sex and sexuality for different audiences, from teenagers, adults in courtship, married couples, parents, to elderly couples.

Interesting and unique elements will also be showcased, from latest adult novelty products, sex-friendly furniture, an exhibition on the evolution of undergarment and sensuous wear, to a demonstration and trial on intimate dance etc.

With an expected turn out of more than 60,000 visitors, guests can also expect to find a wide array of products and services along with the seminars and forums. These range from fashion wear such as evening gowns and lingerie; dance schools that keep you up to date with the most exotic steps; as well as sex accessories, aromatherapy kits, physical fitness equipment, to holiday and spa resorts that contribute to a meaningful and healthier sex life.
